Reformer Classes

Strength & Tone

A favourite! This class is a full head to toe workout and a staple Pilates session in your weekly schedule including many exercises from the original repertoire. This class is bound to work the whole body and leave you sore tomorrow. Come along and feel the burn!

Athletic & Dynamic

This class is fun, energetic, and fast-paced. A combination of cardio, HITT, and reformer Pilates. Think smaller breaks and bigger movements. This is the perfect class to get your heart racing and your sweat on! Please do not book into this class until you have tried the other classes - This is an advanced class

Stretch & Flow

This class will test and improve your flexibility, stability, and coordination, think bending and stretching. Perfect for active recovery or moving your body when you’re not feeling energetic. A feel-good class and a great way to end your day, come wind down with us!

Team Classes/Corporate Classes

Make these classes what you want! Whether you’re a sport team wanting to do a team building activity or wanting to focus on improving sporting performance, or a workplace that wants to do a team building activity or wanting to focus on employee wellbeing, you pick the vibe! This class will leave the whole team with a smile on their face.

Foundations

This class is all about showing you around the reformer and teaching you the foundations of reformer Pilates! A perfect beginner class to try on your own or with a group that will give you the confidence you need on the reformer to get your Pilates journey started! We will work around the reformer getting used to the movement in a class that is broken down for beginners.
